		<description>Nick, I agree. The worst part is that women often penalize other women for embodying more aggressive tendencies. I&#039;ve often had better results when I&#039;m more aggressive with men in the workforce.</description>

When an employer encounters a women who is agressive and angry they think she is a bit off her rocker. On the hand, men are typically more agressive and are expected to be agressive.</description>
