Where do I begin?
- I’m still mired in Chicago, my grandmother’s diabetes, and her very icky foot.
- My unemployment checks ended on Friday.
- I wish my highlights were less golden and more platinum blonde.
I’m trying to parcel out the anxiety. What can I control? What’s beyond my capacity? Is it possible for a petite woman with yoga pants to get a drink around here?
