Hello, New Readers!

If you’ve come here from The New York Times looking for a thoughtful blog on issues related to employment and Human Resources, you’ve come to the wrong place.

You’ve arrived at Team Building Is For Suckers, a blog designed in response to stupid HR practices and silly team building meetings.

Enjoy the blog and — as always — I would really love your feedback!

Best,
Laurie Ruettimann

    This is really fun reading. And you are quite photogenic too!

    Quite a change from my usual computer tech blogs. However, I have to admit to reading “The Everywhere Girl” and “Dear Prudence” from Slate.

    I’ll be checking daily to see what’s new and to catch up on past posts.

    Good Luck!

    @Bethany & Wenchie Thanks!

    @Herb Thanks for coming to the site. I’m a big fan of Dear Prudence at Slate — I’m not sure she always gets it right, but she’s a good read. Glad to have you as a reader, Herb. Thanks for stopping by.
