Their first job is your safety. People should remember that the next time they snap at a flight attendant because they were asked to turn off their cell phone. You may need this person to help your fat behind out of a plane engulfed in flames...do you REALLY want to piss her off? The airline industry is far from perfect. But I have found that if you act reasonable and advocate for yourself in a professional manner, most airline employees are happy to do whatever they can to help you. Everyone has a horror story, yes. But for the love of Pete, put yourself in these worker's shoes and calm the F down, people!
