Did you figure out how to tell the guy’s supervisor that he did an awesome job? Or were “all calls recorded for training purposes” and they’ll cover it that way?

@HRMinion I know this guy is probably part of some outsourced company that provides customer service to Mrs. Fields, but I’m going to pretend he’s the guy down at my local mall and he’s happy to help. It makes the experience so much nicer!

In some way, your post just made all that time I spent baking cookies at Mrs. Field’s worth while. Yes, I did in fact work there in high school. FREE COOKIES people! Aw, back when I was very popular with the mall rats.
