Start your own project and help stray cats! Just like you, I am a cat lover and if it wasn’t because I only have a two bedroom apt. I would sooo have more…

Anyway everyday I walk to the bus stop to go to work and I see so many kittens and cats wondering all alone and I immediately want to grab them all and take them home

If I had the time I would dedicated to cats and of course other animals.

@Joan I’ve been clearly instructed to stay 40 ft away from animals who need homes.This includes lizards, bunnies, and guinea pigs. Especially hedgehogs.

Wow, I’m really a latecomer to this party, but I don’t see a suggestion better than China’s. Write kids books about cats. Or just get back into cat rescue. You know that you don’t have to take any more home to do the work that needs to be done (I have 5 dogs, all around 40 lbs. each, so I know how hard it is to resist just taking an animal yourself!). Writing children’s books is the best, though, cuz it will help pay for those vet bills.

My hobby is “Francing.” About to make my third trip in four years to France. A week in Provence and a week in Paris each time. The months of planning and researching in advance of the actual trip qualify as Francing. Been to the last three towns in which Vincent Van Gogh lived, been to the sites where some of his great paintings were created including the famous wheat field, paid my respects at his grave. Been to Monet’s estate at Giverny and to the museum in Paris where his large scale water lilies are shown. Francing includes watching French movies and drinking French wine and emailing my travel mates obsessively.
