Now I’m handing out some ground-breaking advice on the Cheezhead site, which was just ranked as the #1 talent management blog in the entire universe.

Can you please do something about the Browns while you’re all making a difference and stuff?

Cheezhead is an awesome site, congrats! As most of us know Joel is a good Ohio boy, and I believe that this fully signifies that you have 100% healed the breach, opened during your relocation trips, with Buckeye’s everywhere. That being said, I echo’s Joel’s sentiment, please feel free to fix the Browns/Romeo Crennel.
@Joel I’ll need another round of margaritas and nachos to make the Browns do something magical.
@Jimmy I’m still ‘broken up’ with Ohio, but like a bad ex-boyfriend you can’t shake, I make exceptions. I see it when I’m lonely and depressed.
I hear the Detroit Lions are going to be lonely and depressed after this year. They need tons of help.
It is times like this that I am glad I am a newbie to the world of HR (despite my advanced age of somewhere in the mid to late 30’s)and that don’t have to be re-trained and have to learn “the google” or be convinced that we aren’t wasting salaries on hundreds of employees so they can play “the facebook” on company time.

But seriously…my boss will not be allowed to send out any fruit baskets. I will not allow it.
