I’m a Human Resources expert, a bacon lover, and a woman with five cats. My important thoughts on talent management issues are captured on a fun forum called Raging Debates in HR.
Please read the topics and share your opinions. I’d really love to see you disagree with support Kris Dunn and his point of view!

I read that the first time as “Raging Diabetes in HR.” Couldn’t figure out what the tagline meant, then I looked again. LOL
We’re talking talent management and blood sugar levels.
If anything– this proves, beyond a shadow of doubt, HR is alive and well. Since I’m not an HR professional, I don’t think I’m qualified to have an opinion.
But I was just informed by Ahhh-nold Schwartzenbottom that they’re taking out 10% more in taxes from our pay untill the end of the year. Aren’t Republicans for less taxes? Goes to show that everyone has thier high brow theories and speculation– but what really comes out in the wash is what you deal with– including HR.
First 3 questions were on performance reviews. You should get a medal for that.
performance reviews: Passive-aggressive managers need at least one opportunity per year to vent.
@mattymat you didn’t need that 10% anyway.
@salescomp LOL, nice answer. You should be an expert.
I forwarded the answers to the social media question to the IT director at my agency. They just blacked us out of social media sites last week. I asked if it was a bandwidth or a productivity issue. She said, “Yes.”
The comment about it taking longer to use IPhones than computers is true for me.
Laurie – great post and comments. Your contributions on the site have inspired a LOT of voting – no surprise given the author
Thanks for sharing it with your readers and encouraging participation in the forum. PS. Look out, Kris is onto the vote my answers higher competition!
