With CV apps and media storage options on mobiles, uploading a resume to a savvy ATS is a snap - no need to tap, tap, tap out history from a phone, which I agree could be maddening on some. :-) The user experience is indeed a factor - you should keep in mind that it's the USERS that are driving this change. It depends on your mobile device, of course. With CV apps and media storage options on mobiles, uploading a resume to a savvy ATS is a snap – no need to tap, tap, tap out history from a phone, which I agree could be maddening on some. :-)

The user experience is indeed a factor – you should keep in mind that it’s the USERS that are driving this change. Not wishful recruiters.
