Hey, Eric. I get your point — but my readers aren’t stupid, won’t use their real names, and are on Glassdoor, anyway, revealing salary information and manager names. So I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

The folks at Jobinions are awesome — and they have some expertise in the HR space. The site is up with good intentions, unlike Rate a Manager, and I wouldn’t post it without being thoughtful about it.

We’re educated and deliberate folks around here, even if we are a little punk.

Even though the post is entitled “Humor,” I’d recommend that folks NOT use Jobinions – your current or potential employer might not see the humor that you do.

Or, for God’s sake, don’t use your real name, email address or URL.

The recession makes grumpy, humorless jerks out of more people than you realize.
