I am quoted in the most recent edition of CFO Magazine. I shared my ideas about commodity-based work, Gen Y, and the retirement of baby boomers. It’s a brief quote — but whatevs, I’m flattered that anyone cares about the opinions of a Gen X, punk rock, HR guru.
Check it out, yo.

That is AWESOME! I’m not surprised that anyone cares, nor am I surprised that you’re clearly the go-to for modern HR!!
Go girl go! Have you considered writing a book? Seriously, you should do it. Congrats!
Woohoo! One step closer to fame and riches.
Glad CFO Magazine is talking to people like you that “get” what’s happening with today’s workforce. The door is open – be prepared for more!

@Lani Really, I think it was my twitter score that brought CFO to my doorstep.
@Peopleshark xxxooo
@Average Jane Or is it one step closer to going back to work in a real HR job?
@C&J Thanks for the props. It feels good to be noticed. Is that narcissistic? Sheesh, I’m almost too embarrassed to boast. [almost]
awesome, boast away!
A punk rock HR blog? More like THE punk rock HR blog.
CFO Magazine? Hmmm…One step close to CEO Exchange.
Cool beans. However, I’m surprised you didn’t just tell them that it takes 5 Boomers to do the work of 1 Xer when you count all the meetings, cookie exchanges, and bonding exercises. It’s amazing how much work you can get done when you aren’t participating in all that other bullshit
Congrats on the quote.
kudos on getting quoted in cfo mag.
Hey guys, thanks.
