Would it be a holiday every year or only election years?

I think we have federal elections every year (for various positions) so maybe we just make it a national general election day?

Thank God you posted on the SHRM election guide.

I read theor email at 4:30 AM this morning and almost went to vote again before siping coffee, waking up and realizing that I had already voted 10 days ago.

After another cup of coffee, I woke up some more and realized that sending the membership of a national professional organization your electio/voting guide the evening prior to the election was done for one simple reason.

Someone needs to check a box off on a to-do list

Obviously, timlieness and customer satisfaction are nor part of the measurables for meeting performace objectives at SHRM.

Better barely on time than never?

@Michael I wouldn’t know how to vote without SHRM telling me — & you’re right — better barely on time than never!
