Terry Terhark is the founder of that group, and did an OUTSTANDING job almost 20 years ago helping me staff a greenfield manufacturing site. Back then he was leading a company called Selective Staffing, which he sold to Aon, and now has this group. He is an awesome guy and just plain "gets it" when it comes to understanding his customers. In addition to being big supporters of the HR blogosphere, they have really jumped in with a tremendous amount of support for my HR Technology class. They recently announced two great new features to their already strong Talent Management platform, and they happen to be really nice people as well.
