Bryan January 30, 2008 at 11:57 am: Funny thing is he probably did suck. Now that he’s filed a lawsuit we all know he sucks. He basically did all the employers in his area a great big favor. Good luck finding a job buddy.
Laurie January 30, 2008 at 2:16 pm: I’m sure he sucked, and we all know that litigation is the refuge of assholes; however, this asshole may win because you can’t act like that douchebag manager at Best Buy.

They’ll settle out of court and this sucky employee will get six month’s worth of pay and they probably won’t contest his unemployment benefits. That’s my guess.
